Bulletproof

In a world where honesty is a virtue

Fabricating lies is a game

In the name of money and power

A self service to their shame

A world where an honest man can't get ahead

A system by design to hold you back

As telling the truth uncovering lies

Is met with a vicious attack

Scream out with truth

But voices go unheard

Villified and victimized

So amazingly absurd

Those seeking power are afraid of truth

As truth has nothing to hide

No manipulation or gaslighting

Just integrity and pride

A world where people are taught to play the game

To have the power, must have the wealth

In a system they designed

To cover their poor mental health

A game I refuse to play

Can't shake this undamaged soul

Will not sell out to achieve my dreams

Reaching them honestly is my goal
