Bathroom: Indeed, a conducive venue for self-reflection and contemplating on things that truly matter in life. The sound of running water mutes the noise of the world. Sealed within a tiny space, isolated, and obviously in privacy, you are separated from the prejudices and judgements of other people. Often times, they pound their opinions on you, but inside the bathroom, the walls echo your own thoughts, no one else’s. You can be inside for as long as you want, or until other people in the household is in line to relieve themselves or perhaps to contemplate on the universe as well. You’ll never know what revelations will unfold before them. But then again. Perhaps you are the only one n a state of trance and meditation inside the bathroom. Who knows? For all they know, you’re just bathing inside. But the probability of simply just bathing without self-reflection and contemplating on the universe is near to a zero, because the moment the door clicked close, you submerged yourself in a sea of question with unsure answers in topics like, but not limited to, history, politics, past events, religion, world peace, universe, death, afterlife, reality, dreams, visions and tomorrow’s breakfast.
