Write without any plan whatsoever. Sit down--or stand, I won't judge!--and write whatever first comes to mind. The only rule is that you can't plan it. Have fun! Second, third, etc. drafts are allowed, and I am sorry that this is so late.

Truth

Is the truth something which seeps into the marrow of your bones? Do you speak truth? Do you bear truth? Is truth a burden you carry in your arms? Do you wear it in your soul?

Or,

do you fiddle with truth? Do you dance around truth? Have the two of you come to a comfortable agreement to keep your distance?

If so,

what would it mean for you to take hold of it again? Could you relearn unaffected manner of your early childhood when your mother/father/grandparents/brothers/sisters could see though your every attempted deceit?

Or,

have the lies become the truth to the point at which there is no going back?
