Guilt in the Bones

Can’t Sleep. Won’t eat. It’s already eating me up inside. I hear thoughts in the night, when all the lights are low and I am left alone. Nothing loud enough to drown it out and I cannot make amends, cannot fix this. What’s done is done. Nothing left, but memories.
