Alone Tonight with Just My Burning Thoughts of You
I lay here alone again tonight in this bed that seems too big and too cold now and I can't figure out where things went wrong for us. My only thought is of you, as though the only reason I draw breath now is just in hopes to see you again, to kiss you again, to say I love you just one more time. Each tear is proof of my love of you and my whole body aches with an undeniable thirst to hold you once more, to look into your beautiful eyes and see a future for myself again.
