Previous Bad Guy

I used to be a gangster,

Now I’m just a Dad.

It mostly makes me happy,

But sometimes it makes me mad.

I used to make them nervous,

Now it seems I’m just ignored.

I used to be quite dangerous,

These days, I’m mostly bored.

I wouldn’t really change it,

I knew it had to end.

Life was going to break me,

Now I teach myself to bend.
