My heart flinches to the thought of you in my mind

The pain you've put me through is more than what I can sustain.

This betrayal has got me thinking you were nothing but a backstabber

Why did you have to take that road with me

Knowing everything I've been through?

I trusted you with my life

My everything was in your hands

Now what does the word bestfriend mean

If not backstabbers and betrayers?

So lightly used

But no one knows it's true meaning

I've succummed once again

To your pain of agony and betrayal

In shock I lay
