Connections - how do we connect with ourselves?
In this update I will be discussing how to connect with yourself. Previously I explained that everyone has a Top Self aka True Self. If you haven't read that please read that first, it will be much more easier to understand.
Now, as I time to time I mentioned that I have a SENSEI, who knows much more than I do. You see I'm still learning here. So anyway he helped me to connect with my True Self.
I had fears of ghosts now and then, and my aura has a pretty much high frequency, imagine it like waves, (physics guys physics) and those wakes can pick up other waves belonging to others, like ghosts have waves.
I got another update on that too, so if you want to know more about ghosts then be sure to check it out.
Everything related to these universe stuff is hashtaged as #DearUniverse.
So he, my SENSEI, is a very good friend of my father, so he helped me to find out what was bothering me. He first mumbled a quote or spell idk in another language and then asked me if there was anybody in the house it would respond in my own voice, let it be either of the languages I speak.
Nothing happened.
Then he came to my left side and put one of his hand onto the crown of my head, closing his eyes. He told me to open my heart, imagine a box containing all the love I have inside me, because I am filled with lots of love in the inside, so I did and I imagine a small tiny boy openning and thinking of good memories I had in my head, and started to give those feelings to this figure. At the end I felt lightened. And I even started crying with no reason, except that I felt relieved.
You know that feeling with you finish all your exams and you just quite the exam room and sigh deeply. Yep. That feeling.
My SENSEI told me that I got connected with my True Self and it was always with me. I just didn't notice and now we were connected, and I sort of forgave myself, for ignoring the other me, the True Self me.
So basically that's that. Please don't try this at home or by yourself. I'm not a professional at this. I'm just telling you guys what I experienced. So if you guys have any questions be sure to comment below. I will try to answer all of them based on the knowledge I have.
Thank you for visiting and reading.
