Challenge
This is a form of writing called a triptych. It consists of 3 syllables per line, 3 lines per stanza and 6 or 9 stanzas per poem. Any subject. Crushed Love
The eyes mesmerise
Her scent allures,
Is she real?
I touch her,
Mark my presence
On her skin.
Shiver runs down
My nerves dance
Feeling a pedantic trance.
She remains
Unperturbed
As I violate.
Then I see,
Her eyelids close
Tears flow.
What have I done,
Forced my love,
Poisoned conviction.
Trying to win,
Lost it all,
Crushed by ego
