Now, let's start. Firstly what is mediation? Meditation is the practice of turning your whole attention to a single point of reference. It can involve focusing on the breath, on bodily sensations, feeling the wave frequencies around you. It is a word or phrase known as a mantra.
Basically turning your attention away from distracting thoughts, from things which bother you daily, money, not given down homework, sudding for exams, relationship problems and future life planning problems as an example. It makes you focus on the present moment. Meditating is deceptively simple.
What I usually do is sit down cross my legs and out my hands on top of my thighs, palms facing upwards. I close my eyes, and listening to my breathing. You can totally put some chilling music on, although, I wouldn't recon and putting on music which is rock, it would distract your thoughts. You have to turn off your mind, and relax.
Inhaling you collect all thing things which you think are bothering you, worrying you...
Exhaling you let them go and start anew
Inhaling again you get ready for a new start
Exhaling you let go of the past and are ready
With mediation we can connect with our spirit guides, higher selves and our physical self. It is a way for us to get to know who we are even more. We can even revisit our past lives.
There is a great music for mediation on Teal Swan's channel and Infinite Waters (diving deep) channel. They are both amazing spiritual catalyst people!
Everyday if you meditate doctors have shows that your brain literally grows, you become more balanced and more understanding towards everything. If you meditate just for one or two minutes before an exam you will do also much better in remembering stuff.
