The Cat

The cat walks on a wireline

Wondering if it could stay on top

But it fell and lives no longer nine

And fell with a flop

The cat wants to swim

It ponders to itself whether the liquid could bare its weight

But found the answer and it was grim

And the number of lives wasn't eight

More and more the cat had schemes

All of which ended unfulfilled

It failed to walk beams and failed to cross streams

That was what got the cat killed
