Twila At Twilight

Twila at twilight would you heal with me?

We can conquer mountains and claim the seas.

And we could right all wrong of which we see.

And Twila at twilight I can show you the key.

To meet again another in kind

I once feared I could never find

For the pain that once tortured my mind,

Twila at twilight threw my darkness behind.

And now my thoughts bare only you,

Since the night I saw you through and through.

And I know you saw me too.

Twila at twilight what am I to do?

The night solidifies it's silent state.

To null the darkness, rage, and fate,

But the lessons heard now come to late.

Twila at twilight for me would you wait?

To shed the blackened shadows past,

To break the chains in which I am cast.

For at this time no future comes fast

But twila at twilight my loyalty shall always last.

With you now no longer lost.

Making every price paid well worth the cost.

Now to march and not exhaust

My twila at twilight lead us through the frost.

Greater days have shown their face

To pave our way to a greater place

But move now not in impatient haste

Twila at twilight these moments I shall never waste.

To be continued yet again.

With nothing to lose or to gain.

I regret you sharing in the pain.

Twila at twilight will you stay through the rain?
