Prose Challenge of the Week #29: Write a piece of micropoetry consisting entirely of onomatopoeia/alliteration on humanity or inhumanity. Hollow Humanity
The boy brought home a broken bird to love.
A shattered, scared, senseless Sparrow.
Yet, in his rigid righteous hands it died.
He learned then how hollow humanity could be.
