Mr. Fear

Sweaty palms,

cold feet,

eyes bulging,

heart pumping,

knees shaking,

all because there is someone in my head 

telling me the worst is yet to come.

He controls my emotions 

he is indescribable 

some call him Anxiety 

but his real name is Mr. Fear.
