Extends to me

A real reflection

Ebbing from my mind's eye

Calm serenity greets

My weary thoughts

Like ocean waves

Crashing upon a foreign soil

And I close my eyes

To feel hypnotized

By such a removal

Of myself

Not a care given out

To my problems, hopes and wishes

But a vibe existential -

A moment monumental

To recovering

Who and to whom

I am
