The way I see it that building over there,the higher it grows the more it will cost to dwell there.

And that's the way I would see a tree.

The higher the branches the higher the risk factor.

I bet you that tree that's blocking your view of that building,is saying look at me,I'm more pleasing to the eyes.

Do you think they would cut down a tree if it started to impede the view of the penthouse?

It would be too bad if a fire broke out and there was no way to get out.

At least if the tree was still there perhaps they could climb down.

Maybe collect a few dollars on the way down,I'd say the insurance would go up.
