Survivor
I'm trapped in the wilderness,
fighting my own way.
I’ve passed through the bloody forest—
and I came out alive.
I was thirsty and hungry,
no food to eat each day.
All I had were worms from the woods
and fish from the sea—
I'm a survivor.
I hunt for food during the day,
suffering from pain.
Restless night and day,
but I won’t give up today—
because I’m a survivor.
I faced leopards and anacondas,
fighting to stay alive.
Avoiding poisonous snakes,
passing through rushing waters.
I’ve fallen down,
but I’ve picked myself up,
striving for redemption,
blood on my face,
trying to fight back against life.
I’ve heard no one survives
all these disasters,
but I am a survivor,
and I will make it through today.
You watched me bleed,
but I’ve come so far.
You won’t see the last of me—
I am a survivor.
I am a survivor.
