Chapter 8
"You actually brought this chick to our meeting?" Pete asked, giving me a once over. I don't remember lots of what happened last night, but I do remember my encounter with him.
"I did. Get over it. Let's get down to business." Justin answered, taking a black brief case out of his car. Pete hesitated, glancing at me an then back at Justin.
"She's fine. You can say whatever in front of her." he reassured Pete and I saw him visibly relax. I rolled my eyes. I'm pretty sure whatever is happening right now is not that serious.
"Alrighty then. The shipment that you wanted came in and I have it with my right now. Would you like to see them?" Pete asked Justin, guiding us to his vehicle. He opened the trunk and there sat two huge wooden boxes. He opened the boxes and pulled out an M40.
"Whoa whoa hold up. I didn't know this was that kind of meeting. Why do you need guns like that and a whole two boxes full at that?" I asked, backing up slightly. I knew that assassins needed weaponry, but sniper rifles? Isn't that going a little bit overboard?
"No, it's not going overboard. We need as much protection as possible and have heavy weapons is a part of that." Justin grunted, pulling a box out of the trunk.
"Dude, I thought you said she was good? Now she's asking all these questions, what if she rats to someone? What are you gonna do then?" Pete paced around, tugging at his hair anxiously.
"Relax Pete. Like I said she's not going to say a word. And if she does, I won't hesitate to put a bullet through her brain." Justin told him nonchalantly as he packed the last box in the trunk of his car. I just stood there with my mouth wide open. Justin walked right past me and gave Pete the brief case. He opened it and I saw green. Money. Of course. He closed the case and shook Justin's hand.
"Nice doing business with you Bieber." He glanced at me. "Keep an eye out on this one. She seems like a handful." I glared at his back as he walked back to his vehicle.
"Are you fucking kidding me?" I screeched as Justin drove off. I can't believe he said that he would actually kill me if I said anything about his little business transaction.
"What?" He didn't even look at me to see how pissed off I was.
"You just said you wouldn't hesitate to put a fucking bullet through my head! That's what!" I yelled, glaring at him.
"Calm down. I only said that for his sake." Justin dryly remarked, pulling into his driveway. "Let's go finish your training. You should be well enough to actually do something now." He made his way down to the basement and I followed. I didn't feel like working out, but I had to do this. I had to complete this training.
"We are going to move past pushups and start off with pull ups today." Justin said, reaching up to tighten the beam hanging in between the walls. Pushups I can do. Pull ups? not so much. Apparently my arms were too weak to pull up my own body weigh, something I needed to work on. Plus I didn't even pull my body up correctly. How do I mess up something as simple as a pull up, I have no idea.
He grabbed the hem of his shirt and and slowly took it off, my eyes following his actions. His abs rippled from the action and his tossed the shirt to the side.
"Now this is how you do a pull up." He jumped up and grabbed the bar above him, pulling himself up. His biceps curled and I just about drooled. How could someone so beautiful have no emotion? He did about ten of them before landing back on his feet.
"Focus! Stop being so distracted. You're never going to get past stage one at this rate." Justin clapped in my face, making me blink. I shook my head and tried to focus on what he was saying. His body had me captivated I couldn't even understand what he was saying.
"Huh?" I squinted, confused. He just shook his head and pointed up to the beam.
"Start." Oh yea, pull ups. Well here goes nothing. I jumped up and grabbed the beam.

"Slowly more your arm to the right...no I said slowly Mileyna!" Justin came behind me and grabbed my hands, slowly moving it in the position that he wanted. I tried not to be distracted by the fact that his crotch was basically touching my ass. "Now shoot." Justin whispered in my ear, his hands sliding over my arms as he moved to the side of me.
I pulled the trigger. The force jolted me back just a little bit, but I was getting used to that.
"Did I hit it?" I asked excitingly, want to see my target. Justin pushed a button and my target started coming my way. I whipped the glasses of my face and saw a hole close to the middle of the target.
"Yes! Finally! See, I told you I could do it!" I jumped up and down and danced around Justin, poking at his chest each time I went around. The corners off his lips twitched a little bit and just as fast, it disappeared.
For the past month in a half, Justin has been teaching me how to become the best assassin out there. I passed stage one after about two weeks of training and now I am almost done with stage two. I just needed to learn how to actually hit my target. Justin has slowly gotten used to my personality and is letting loose just a little bit. He actually treats me like a friend now and he isn't intimidating to me like he used to me. I don't back down when he is yelling at me, I just yell right back and there's nothing he can do about it.
"Alright, give me the gun and take a break." I tossed the gun into Justin's waiting hands an sat on the ground, the gentle breeze cooling down my burning body.
Justin's phone rang and he answered it after the first ring.
"Yeah?" he said into the phone while packing up the gun. He abruptly straightened up and a frown settled on his face.
"When? Tonight?" he scowled to himself. "No, she's not ready for that yet!" paced around, yelling at whoever was on the other end of the line. Now that peaked my interest. I stood up and walked to him, trying to hear the conversation.
"Fine. But if this fails, it's your fault." He cursed and shoved his phone into his pocket. I was curious to what the conversation was about.
"Soooo, what was that about?" I asked, trying to be nonchalant. He looked down at me and sighed.
"Congratulations. You have been assigned to your first mission ever." I gasped and clapped, excited at the news.
"That's great! Now I have to train even harder to get ready for it, let's get going!" I turned to start training again and noticed that Justin didn't move.
"Uhh, Justin?" I was confused on why he still had a frown on his face.
"You don't have time for anymore training. Your mission is tonight."
My heart sank.
