I Am The Change.

I am passionate about the education of elementary school students not only in America, but across the globe. Starting education at a young age is vital to the student's well-being and their future. A good education from the start sets the foundation for their learning capabilities later in life and their passion and drive to pursue higher education as well. Not only am I passionate about a student's education, but also the teacher's ability and desire to provide this education. As a figure educator myself, I strive to provide my students with no only the curriculum required, but above and beyond, over flowing to lessons such as good personal hygiene, manners, and respect. Teachers take the place of parents during a school day so it is their job to ensure their students come out as well-rounded individuals that try their best on their school work and try to be the best versions of themselves. A teacher-student relationship should consist of support, love, and most of all respect.

I stand for equality of all students and and the education they receive. Although The United States has the opportunity and laws set in place to ensure their children receive the education that they should, but unfortunately not all countries have the same stance. Even if other counties cannot provide the children with the same opportunities that other children in other countries may have, education should absolutely be a priority to be one of those opportunities. With education, children have more of a chance of gaining a career and ultimately being happier in the future. On top of that, it's allows these children to pass on the gift of their education to their peers and their future children. It allows to cycle of education to be continuous and healthy rather than erratic and unreliable.

Making learning more relatable and fun and also more geared toward all students with all abilities and levels of learning, will help with the drive to pursue their education and continue it. Teachers need to spend time with students to observe their abilities and be patient with how they learn and come up with techniques to help them push themselves. The key is to be encouraging and proud of their accomplishments no matter how small they may be. The education of our world's teachers is just as vital as the education of their students. They only way we can improve the education of our future students is to improve the education of our teachers and take the time to teach them the best ways to cater to their students.

I stand for young students and their teachers. Education is one of the most important parts of our lives and we will spend a good portion of our lives learnings. By providing both teacher and student with the tools to succeed in school, we can ensure ourselves a more successful future. Education should become more of a priority to the world. It is not just something we go to every day, education is a vital part of our lives.
