Draw your body. Don't add anything or take it away or cover it up a certain way. You don't have to post it. Just draw it. Then write how it made you feel.

Separately define each of the following: nightmare, fear, monster, beast, and evil. Now write a short paragraph that only makes sense with your definitions.
