“Good Writing”
A ‘good writer’ is all based on opinion. The definition of writing is a sequence of letters, words, or symbols marked on paper or some other surface meaning it is solely up to you to decide wether you think it is good or bad, take writing a certain genre for example their are people who dislike this certain genre meaning there can be two outcomes, one they automatically hate/dislike it because they don’t like the genre or they feel indifferent about it. One reader could be convinced that one writer is amazing, brilliant,or a genius the list could go on however that said writer has comma error, no periods where they should be, and misspelled words, does that mean the reader loves the said writer any less no the reason is the reader didn’t fall in love with the writer’s ‘correct literature’ they fell in love with the writer’s way of words, the writer's originality and creativity, and lastly the way the book/story hooks the reader in and makes them want to read more. In conclusion has certain social media turned us into mindless, unsophisticated zombies who no longer care for grammar, punctuation, vocabulary, or creativity? No it simply means people have opinions, personal taste, and also, beliefs and judgement that their is such thing as “good writing” and “bad writing” and creativity throughout writers, it doesn’t mean that they are right, because there is no right or wrong answer just different viewpoints.
Painting
Life is just like painting a wall, You procrastinate for a while and when you finally find the unexpected motivation you never knew you needed, you start to prepare the supplies, Next in the adventure is being indecisive on the color which results in wasting money on colors you don't even need but convince yourself that 'you never know when you will need these exact colors'. Finally when you start to paint you recall your not wearing painting clothes or clothes that can be thrown out however you've already spilled paint on them and just decide to continue as is. After two walls and a mental breakdown, there is no more paint so you go out and buy more only to find out after already finishing 2 walls that it's the wrong shade of color, so then you give up, have a snack as you do something else after crying and being mad about it. A week later you somehow miraculously finish painting so then you call someone to come look and they call the different shades creative so that's what you say when someone asks why there different shades and never speak about the breakdowns.
