Fear
Come with me,
Let us gaze upon humanity in evaluation
Let us witness the avarice in young, fiery eyes
Let us hear the cries of war
Of rage
Of desperation.
We shall witness the authenticity of souls
Although unawareness has led to exposure of hearts,
They bask in the foolish dust of unctuous locution
The clicking tongue among teeth and a braggart he became
The articulation and formation of chapped lips
Great weapon, indeed.
The Overseer meticulously watch ticking hands
Determined by only assessing and analyzing
Something is there
Beneath the shell of clammy, sanguinary hands,
Beneath the knuckles
The bones.
Beneath the sinuous ribcage
Under the victorious, ruthless desires
The reason of determined cowardness
Idly waiting beneath shimmering glass veils
Behind porcelain masks it festers
Fear enlaced in polluted words and arched brows.
Distinction between humanity and us
We feel nothing beneath our shells
No desire,
Dispassionate,
Crude and unsociable,
Lifeless and hollow.
Fearfulness slithers below the cerebrum
Receding further to unfurl corruption
It is cursed and despised as the aspect of weakness
but it is the difference between humanity
and living husks containing only ruins of once bubbling dispositions
We cannot change but they can.
Fear withstands bloodshed and abhorrence
Fear infects the mind and ceases despicable behavior
Fear is the last defense until insanity enforces itself
Insanity orchestrates annihilation of the emotions carefully protected
Numbness enters until a shell of a man alone, humanity no more
Fear the fearless man with a drive for he can do anything without internal consequence
Fear, our savior and defender fighting through twisted tongues,
Till the end.
