Essentially, make elves the clumsiest creatures alive, without subracting their key characteristics (archery, stealth, nature gurus, ect.) Some suggestions: Don't make them useless, but you know the vibe you get from the dwarves from the Lord of the Rings. Give elves less of an upper-class aesthetic and more of a rowdy clan feel.
