1} Canceling Classes: Nicole

Boom! The room was on fire as everyone evacuated.

"Nicole, next time, don’t blow up the training ground." Scolded Libra.

"Sorry, Mom,” Nicole replied, Nicole’s long gold-brown hair was in a braid with silver ribbons like all the hunters of Artemis. Her freckles were like sprinkles on her pale face. Her eyes seemed to change color as she moved. She was wearing the school uniform for the daughters of Air Signs. A white dress shirt with a sweater vest that was bright yellow and a pleated skirt of more white was comfortable. She also had a postal bag that goes on forever and fingerless gloves. She had a bow and some arrows on her back as well as a necklace with her birthstone hung around her neck. Nicole had a fire opal.

She had been training at Mystique High with Tina and Alyssa since they were 10. It's located in Virginia off the coast of the Atlantic and is hidden in mist, containing portals to a diversity of fantastical worlds. Mystique High was a school where the children of the Constellations, Gods, Goddesses, and other supernatural beings were trained to use their abilities.

Nicole's ability is telekinesis, which allows her the power to control space objects like comets and asteroids. She also has a positive attitude and charm speak.

Nicole would regularly lose control of her powers when it came to controlling asteroids. She could be impulsive at times and do things she wouldn't normally do. She had limited abilities. She was friends with most people or at least tried to be, but it was hard at times, and she was teased by everyone who told her she wasn't her mother's child. But when Artemis accepted her, she felt like she had finally found her place.

"We will practice this in the new year. Enjoy your winter break everyone! " Libra announced.

"Nicole! What happened?" On her way to the cafeteria, an Asian girl asked. Her wavy hair was styled and brushed neatly. She wore a necklace and the Neptune/Poseidon daughters' uniform, a vibrant blue suit vest, and a white pleated skirt. A small knife that transformed into a sword was attached to her belt, along with a postal bag. Psychokinesis, telepathy, and water-type abilities like aquatic adaptation, aquatic breathing, and communicating with aquatic animals were her specialty. "I heard it from all over the school!"

“I blew up the training ground,” Nicole replied casually because she did it every other day, really cutting into Tina's work time.

Tina cursed with enthusiasm and a hint of annoyance, “That’s awesome and slightly terrifying.”

“We need to get to the dorms, race ya there!” Nicole ran off with Tina trailing behind.

2} Operation: Sneak Out: Tina

Tina went to her room when they got back from dinner and changed into some more comfortable clothes.

Alyssa was waiting for her as she came outside. She was completely dressed in black. Their hair was covered, but it was curly and fluffy. She wears her hair in many different styles. They could manipulate the earth's rocks and boulders, and they can even create earthquakes in certain areas. She also possesses super strength. “Hey, y’all are late,” they frowned, “what took you so long? It’s almost 8!”

"Sorry, I was hungry from training, so we got some dinner in the cafe," Nicole replied.

“Yeah, we also had to pick up our pets. Where’s David?" Tina followed. David was Alyssa’s Shiba Inu.

“Sleeping... Well, want to sneak out? I mean, I am bored and finished my homework, "Alyssa asked. They were always up for trouble.

"Yes! That would be fun!" Nicole exclaimed excitedly, "I did my schoolwork in study hall, so I'll be able to get a new quiver the next day. Cluster fell asleep once Zodiac was fed. My dogs, deer, wolf, and bear are out in the woods and I have taught them how to get back." Nicole was a big talker. It was one of her ‘superpowers,’ as she liked to refer to it, but she couldn't seem to stop herself from doing it at times.

“Uh, I don’t know, there’s the curfew and I need homework done and I have to prepare for my next astrology and astronomy quiz. I also have those three other hunts to prepare for beast-ology class and buy makeup for beauty-ology... “ Tina kept muttering, she was always a stickler for the rules and never really broke any. She would always feel guilty for breaking rules.

“Come on Tina! You can do it tomorrow-” Nicole started.

“But if we get caught they will punish me for sneaking out, and that goes on my record!” Tina cut her.

They begged and begged Tina.

“Oh fine, just so you can get off my back.”

The girls walked through the halls and out to the great lawn.

As the girls ran across the great yard behind the dorms, they saw Raven, who was about to get a midnight snack.

“HEY! RAY RAY!!” Tina yelled across the great yard.

“Great stealth Tina and you say I’m bad at it” Nicole muttered.

Raven ran towards them. She was in front of them in 0.2 seconds.

“Hey. And don't ever call me that," Raven muttered between breaths.

She was dressed in flannel pajamas and had the following abilities: telepathy, charm speak, and teleportation.

“We’re sneaking out,” Alyssa replied, looking around, hoping nobody would notice them.

“What? Why? And how did they drag you into this Tina?” Raven replied, too, was usually down to break rules, “And, can I join?”

“Sure, why not?” Nicole answered.

“Are you sure, the bigger the group, the more suspicion,” Tina replied.

“It’ll be fine, Tina.” Nicole waved her concern off.

When they entered the building, Ms. Hyde, a hydra that agreed to work for Zeus, was occupied with her head all facing a paper, they went to the principal's office and went inside, but no one was there at the moment. Chiron was nowhere to be seen.

The room was big and had many things in it, there was a closet, neat bins, and file cabinets. It was clean, nothing gross or food in here, she was pretty sure Chiron had no food in the office policy. She was totally fine since no one was there. But she was so wrong. Tina frowned. She heard footsteps and the voice of Zeus.

"Hide guys!" Tina spoke in a hushed tone. They scattered, with Nicole hiding in a closet Raven, and Tina turning into an otter and hiding in a cabinet. Alyssa, on the other hand, hid in a corner being blocked by the closet, fortunately, next to each other.

The Title is The Great Hunt, it's a fantasy genre type story and is geared towards young readers (ages 9-15). The first two chapter's word count is 1,113 but the whole finished book is 25,476. I think this project is a good fit because it'll appeal to a lot of audiences, whether it's about mythology like Percy Jackson or they feel a bit sick for some nostalgia. The humor and writing will hook the readers into the story.

Bio: I don't have a for sure platform but I do have an email that you can contact. I have little to no experience in publishing any books, but I think my carefree and fun writing style is a perfect match for young audiences. I like to read a lot of fantasy and fiction books, I also like to draw, mostly flowers. I'm Asian and was born in Vietnam. My home state is Virginia but I don't feel comfortable saying which town or city. I won't say my direct age but I am a minor.

Iris's dream was to travel! She would donate some of it to charities first, of course. Then she would travel across America with the rest. The places would be cool, sure. But she would get bored. She'd use the rest to move across the world all the way to Europe. Spain would be beautiful, with the great buildings, the culture, the architecture. But that would be boring, she'd move to Greece, visiting Athens and Olympia. The beautiful statues that honor old gods would wow her, but she'd soon grow unhappy with her life there. Italy would be nice, right? With the food, the Colosseum, and the beauty of Venice, Italy. That would satisfy her, but no. She's unhappy, her life feels empty. Maybe it was her, maybe it was a problem that she had. She donated to the poor, she helped with pollution. But all that money was useless. After 30 years, she decided it was enough, she wrote her will. Give all her money to the world, not a single cent to be used for one person. She gave it to the world, letting everyone share.
