Explaining Mental Illness to the ones who fail to comprehend
Depression is like a castle filled with bombs
Like a mansion of insanity
Like a dream of a nightmare
Anxiety is the pleasure of a crippled mind
It's the least inconvenient
As it makes the heart beat and alive
Homophobia is based on an image in a mirror
Whenever I look at it, I fear duplication
I don't want people as cold and bad walk on the same grounds as the saints
Claustrophobia is derived by the urge of being in solitude
Being alive is the explosion of galaxies
Scars, I believe, are the same as stars
Ecstasy is like rain in June
Not often being in light
But when it is, it's dire
It's horrifying as it awaits the major catastrophe
The collapse of an infected body
The pursue of killer pains and the restrain of a haunted body in an abandoned house.

Let’s pray for a white day
The darkened weather
Fills my heart with ecstasy
The possibility of snow
Warms my heart
I await the fall of flakes
The day school closes, roads shut down
And I get to rest
If the roads are covered in cotton-like snow
I will be cuddling under a warm blanket
La La Land playing on the laptop
And I am blessed with a handful of hot chocolate and cream
- Currently praying for snow in Jordan as the temperature is extremely low and in some areas it's beginning to hail
