the real reason I came to every meeting

was to see you

I can never say

that your jokes always make me laugh

and hearing your joy, your laugh, makes me want to live

I will never tell you

that I never thought I'd feel this

and that I wish you knew

I can never say

that I long to hear your voice,

tell me something stupid just so I know you still remember me

I will never tell you

that I used to grin like a girl just fallen

when we would depart after a night of board games

I can never say

that all along I knew you were taken

but it didn't stop me from falling in love

I will never tell you

that I'm sorry for me

should I be sorry for you?

that I would tell you the truth if I didn't think it would break me

I will never, ever tell you

that all I can ever wonder is if in a different reality

would we have been possible?

The things i will never tell you

1. I love it when you burst out laughing and seeing your eyes shine in delight

2. I love the way you end up invested and drawn in when you start a show~ your reactions to different scenes are so entertaining to me

3. I love how you take time to share brilliant new ideas and plans that always make me realize that I’m quite lucky to have you

4. I love the way you devote time to playing various musical instruments- that’s a gift and truly a talent which I enjoy listening to

5. I love the things that you share and pass on~ clever & funny stuff that always make me smile and laugh

6. I love that you enjoy taking and saving so many photos (it may be time for an album to have in hand, yes)

7. I love all the adventures and memories we’ve shared— lookin’ forward to many more

These are just a couple things I will never tell you...

Well, maybe some day soon..when I finally get a tune to go with these words/statements

There are so many things I'll never tell you.

Like the way you pulled me up when I was drowning,

or how you were the light shining against my darkness.

That you are the most important person in my life,

and I'm afraid I won't survive without you.

You are kind and brilliant and all I ever wanted,

but I will never tell you I love you

because I know you don't feel the same.
