Luck in the name
I wanted to learn to write. I knew how to make stories, just didn't know how to write it in an interesting tone. So I asked, and someone said, "You should learn to write in prose. Add feelings, not just actions."
Being the newcomer, I didn't know what that word meant. I went to the Spp Store and searched "Prose."
The rest is history.
The Hunt
I was scouring the App Store for any app that could help me in my writing, whether it be by giving me prompts, helping me organize, or just allowing me to type to my hearts content. I had gone on a spree of downloading anything that looked promising. It was then I found the Prose App. At first I wasn't sure what I thought of it. It seemed a bit confusing and to be honest, a bit intimidating, however upon further exploration I had grown to like the app, and those in the prose community.
Truth Is…
*i know I've said that I was looking through the AppStore BUT THATS NOT TRUE! I *thought* that's how it went but like yesterday I randomly remembered what really happened… yes I'm scatter brained*
Truth is, I was on a pretty shit app called "Pocket Writers". (I don't recommend it really) The wonderful Valerie (who is number ten in the top 100! You go!) actually advertised this cool little place to me :) and im so so so happy she did!!! You all are amazing and have changed my life for the better. Love you all <3
*throws hugs and cheek kisses to everyone*
