Hillary’s Experience Speaks
Originally hesitant to support Secretary Clinton, I committed support after reading Hard Choices. The book (although I don't agree on the editing format) gave me insights on the workings of Hillary's mind.
President Obama recently quote to speak of candidate Clinton as "wicked smart." I understand why he used those words. Hillary sees the problem, solution, and beyond. Tapping into the best minds to work on tough questions. Candidate Clinton knows when to say, "This isn't going to work."
My support is based on my belief that she gets things done not only at home, using the best and the most experienced individuals. Her total network of contacts and resources accumulated through her life's work in politics are a credit to her diligence in maintaining relationships.
Secretary Clinton appeals to the better side of humanity when negotiating. Don't get me wrong, she admits when things don't go right and moves on. She tries another way. She has patience that is rare in this "I want it now" era.
She has fought some hard battles during her life not just professionally, but personally. These battles have made her human and compassionate, but not naive.
Voters need to pay attention to those who want to become the next president. Some of the information spoken is incorrect. Checkout the record for the terms: "flip-flop, the founding fathers, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights," and my personal favorite "God."
As a participant in the political process and I don't just mean voting. I'm an observer who listens, reads, campaigns, and registers voters.
My esteem colleagues seek to learn more about our candidates. Be as judicious as you would be buying a new laptop, phone, or a car. Read, read, and read. Be courageous. Read magazines and articles from other parts of the United States and around the globe. See what others are saying about your candidate and write about your findings.
Or Anyone Else
Not Cruz or Trump. Anyone else! Hillary is #1. Bernie is #2. Kasich is #3. We need someone good for president, not a gun lover from Texas or a reality tv star who puts his name on everything. Vote for Hillary, and don't be fooled by either Cruz or Trump, republicans. We need a good community and Hillary is the best one for it. First girl prez after first black one? That would be a huge success. So, vote for Clinton, who will have a First Man who can play the saxophone and was an amazing president during his time.
