Burn my skin pink.

Looking for a hole to crawl into and die. 

The lies you have strung,

I wear like a cardigan.

Heart sinking, 

Stomach churning,

Head hanging,

I want to disappear.

Standing on a welfare line

Snap benefits denied, hungry.

Falling over backward

in office chair

with dress above head.

Tomorrow it will be alright but right now it's not.

Face muscles move on whilst mind replays the moment. Repeatedly.

Every step is an insult, a knife in my gut.
