Devil
That devil my son, he’s a mean one,
been leaving his slimy fingerprints
all over the place.
You see him in the news my brother,
happy beating on another
leaving wounds both seen
and unseen.
He’s slippery when he’s working
guess that’s why he was a snake
those can shed their skin
and become something else.
So he’s standing in an alleyway
tonight he’s just a mugger
and he might take from her
more than a pretty dollar.
And now he’s killing other folks
’cause they don’t think the way he does
he’s making ghosts of unlucky ones
in the wrong place and time.
And he’s glaring on the playground
looking for a bite to eat
and he finds a skinny morsel
he can beat.
And he’s mad with drunken power
and his day was pretty sour
and he’s using fists upon
her lovely face.
And he’s spitting out the words
spite flung off the tongue
because he caught him crying
which means that he’s a fag.
The devil ain’t no single thing
he’s anger turned to entity
he’s hatred turned dark deity
he’s biding time, I’m saying
just waiting for the day when
you decide it’s time to quit
and let him take
control.
The Devil.
People portray him as this ugly creature, but that's all wrong.
Lucifer was God's favorite. He was the most beautiful of all of the Angels in heaven. He only became evil because he believed himself to be equal to God.
This is important because this shows that the devil isn't evil. Sin doesn't look evil. It's all beautiful.
A beautiful monster.
Who Is He?
Who is he?
You may ask,
In speaking of the father of lies,
Or the author or evil.
Who is he?
And what is his goal?
Many wonder,
Although many never find the answers,
Though they are in plain sight for all to see.
Who is he?
And what is his goal?
And what will he do to achieve those goals?
Few ask,
Yet those who ask that last question,
Are closer to the truth than anyone else knows.
For what the devil is,
Is made plain throughout life,
He is evil,
The author of evil,
But what are his goals?
And how will he acini lush those goals?
Now those,
My friends,
Are the right questions.
