Equity & Equality.
Equity- fairness or justice in the way people are treated.
Equality- the state of being equal, especially in terms of rights, opportunities and status.
Amendment 28:
These shall be the guidelines and rules observed in the work spaces and rendering of awards, pay and rewards towards individuals. This will not be based on their religion, political affiliation, sex, gender, color, ethnicity, culture and/or place of birth.
Section 1
Working company employees must follow all employee payment procedures and pay fairly and equally in due time to all employees.
Section 2
Companies must respect and adhere to the religious beliefs of any or most of it's employees or professional workers.
Section 3
Companies must provide a 50 or half compensation to anyone who gets dismissed from their work place due to any losses and\or unforeseen bad sales for business.
Section 4
At least companies must inform and or warn their employees about any lay offs maybe several weeks ahead of time.
Section 5
The company is only requested to provide compensation for the laid off ex-employees only for six months no more and no less.
Section 6
Employers when hiring international employees must be able to provide all the necessary documents in order for the person(or group) to be granted much more stable access to getting back to the company work place.
Section 7
Last but not least, employees must all inform their employers on any important details, for instance if they have been involved in any company or business malpractice wherever they've worked before.
Section 8
Leaders or hiring teams must all insure that they have received only professional business details pertaining the client(s). Nothing personal or family related, any thing otherwise not a working benefit needs not to be questioned.
