Surprise!
Ah, Mondays. It's been such a long day. Eh-Yeah, I know the week hasn't yet started and I'm already drained. Geez, maybe I should just call off my meetings and head for a spring vacation. I won't be back till summer. Lol. My boss would definitely think that I'm bonkers. No promotion for me or any raise. Only a big huge grand check with nada-nothing. I'd be fired right on the spot.
Finally, time to head home.

Sam: Hey! Can I have y'all's attention.(whistles) Thank You.
Bob: What's going on now Sam? Who died?
Sam: Really not up for your craziness right about now okay Bob.
Bob: Sorry. I was only asking-sheesh.
Sam: Okay now that that's over. You all know that Kelly's expecting so we need to throw her a congratulatory baby party.
Bob: Huzzah-cheers for new life!
Sam: Glad to see that someone's excited. Well, you should be. You're the father-to-be. Anyway-so we're all going to get the celebration things and plans ready. Bob....Congratulations. Do you know if it's going to be a boy/a girl?
Bob: Kelly is the only one who knows that, and she told me that everyone else including me, will find out later. Can you believe that?
Sam: Alright. That's fine with me. Guess we'll wish and say all the best for having your first kid.
Bob: Gracias, Merci, Obrigado, Grazie, Thanks.
Sam: Di nada, de rien, bem Vinda, prego, you're welcome.

Many of Kelly's family and friend's were so happy that she was having a baby. It seemed like a miracle. At least she wasn't yet past her prime age. Her husband Bob was a few years past his prime. But he didn't look to bad for someone past 45. He still felt like he just turned 40 or maybe forty-three. Bob was glad to start a family with Kelly. She filled his life with so much love, adventure and he couldn't imagine living without her. Kelly was his world and he was hers too.
Bob told everyone to get into their positions. His best bud, Sam, couldn't help himself. He loved always being a part of celebrations especially those celebrating new births or wedidings. Even though Sam wasn't married he was a pro at these sort of things. If it wasn't for Sam, Bob might have not truly realized the loss he would have had if he didn't treat Kelly properly.
Kelly walked in to the front entrance of the house. She flicked the switch and managed to be surprised when no lights clicked on. She was ready to call it a day or almost night. Now the lights in her home weren't working. Great. What a day she was having. She looked around and she felt an odd sense like people were watching her. She tried to find her phone to reach out, and call her Hubby-at that moment the lights worked all of a sudden. Then there was a huge crowd of people in her living room area. What were they all doing in her home?
All: Surprise!(they all screamed).
Then she remembered and looked around. They were ready to wish her all the best with starting a family. Wow. What Amazing people that she had in her life. She was so grateful!
Bob: Hey, Malaika. I missed you two today.
Kelly: (let's out a cheery hearty laugh) We missed you too Papa Bear. The baby and I are doing quite fine. & With all of this attention we are getting. There's no way that we can complain.
Sam: Hello Mama bear.
Bob: I see where the catch phrase came from.(Chuckles)
Kelly: Yeah. None other than the Baby Godfather.
Bob: He's The baby Godfather?
Sam: Do You Have a problem with that buddy?
Bob: Nope, none whatsoever. I thought you were going to ask me first.
Sam: You're both one now. Ying and Yang.
Kelly: Nicely put. Can't wait to hear the wise words you have for our little one.
Bob: I bet they'll be placed in a frame or captured in a card\something like that.
San: You know me so well Papa bear.
Then on The 20th of April little Nelly was born. She was too excited to meet her family that she came a month early. Her estimated birth, according to the normal usual time, at 9 months was May. But her parents would love her all the same. Even with all her different mindset and rare genetically engineered makeup.
