What If
What happens after death?
What happens when we close our eyes
For the last time?
Energy cannot be created
Or destroyed.
This is what science has taught us.
So what happens to it?
What happens to the energy
That once flowed freely through our veins?
What if there are multiple Earths?
What if when our time is done on one Earth,
Our energy transfers to the next
And we keep going in an endless circle,
Living too many lives to be counted?
What if when you die,
Your energy moves to the next Earth
And takes the form of another being?
What if there is nothing
To look forward to after this life
But another life?
What if the people you love at first sight
Were big parts of your last life?
What if we are just fighting
To get back to the people we have loved
Even though we never knew we loved them?
@Kittysailor
Science?
What is science?
Is it just something,
That man made up,
To be able to explain?
Maybe it was already here,
And we just named it,
To pretend like it is ours.
We try to find reason,
In everything around us,
Through science,
But it can barely explain anything.
They teach us in school,
That science is the why,
In the world.
But if it is the why,
Why can't it be explained.
Think about it,
Why is Earth here?
Where did it come from?
What is this?
We say energy cannot,
Be made or destroyed,
Well it had to get here somehow.
Can science explain that?
We are born,
We die,
But why?
There is a circle of energy,
Actually everything,
In what we call 'the universe,'
Is a circle.
Nothing actually starts or ends,
It just transfers.
But how can something be if it never started.
That is what science,
Is telling us,
Things are here,
But they never weren't.
Like gravity.
Science says the apple fall,
Because of the pull of gravity,
And gravity is the reason the Earth is round.
But why?
Take life and death.
When we die,
Where does our energy go?
To the ground,
To the plants,
Scientists say.
If that is true
We are not any different,
Than everything around us.
Just part of a big circle.
A circle that was never started or finished.
