Character: Omalka VenKrozen
Summary: Omalka VenKrozen, also known as "Omal", is the captain of the Celeste, a pirate ship that scours the seas of Lolakeli in search of any viraks terrorizing the locals.
Backstory: Omal hails from the species known as "senkai", a race of celestial immortals born from the dust of stars. He was orphaned when he was an infant, and was taken in by Delora, another senkai about ten years older than him. She took Omal to Lolakeli in the hopes of finding a place to hide from the viraks, who were hunting senkai to use them as a source of energy. When Omal was a teenager, viraks found him and Delora and began to pursue them. Delora hid Omal in a crate sitting on a ship bay and was captured. He was found two days later by Rekovar, the captain of the Celeste. Rekovar took Omal in as a crew member and taught him how to sail and fight. When viraks attacked the Celeste, Rekovar sacrificed himself to ensure Omal's survival. With his dying breath, he bequeathed the Celeste to Omal.
Fighting Style: Unfortunately, due to a birth defect, he is unable to use magic, unlike normal senkai. To make up for this handicap, he learned how to use various weapons, his favorite being a cutlass, as its wide blade is ideal for shattering basic viraken shards. He focuses on close-range attacks, and uses his agility to his advantage. He also has great battle prowess, as he has many years of experience under his belt.
Personality: Due to his immortality, he shows no real fear and is very cocky and reckless. However, deep down he has a heart of gold. He sees his crew as his family, and his loyalty knows no bounds. However, when he's provoked, he will get physical and fists will fly. He also is very flirtatious, yet still maintains a great respect for the ladies.
Story Role: Omal met Hannah Broeman when she was being chased by viraks on the docks of a small town. He found out about her quest to become an Enfulzi, and decided to assist her. He became her self-proclaimed guardian, and over time, began to see her as an adopted little sister.
Fun Facts:
1. He gets drunk really easily, and as a result, has gotten into plenty of barfights.
2. He is so old, no one knows how old he actually is. He's lost track, and I sure don't know!
3. The name Omal means "long-lived, skillful, and mysterious".
Dekko Kadaudri
Dekko is something of a villain, not necessarily because he has the resolve to do bad things, but just because he doesn't care about people – or any other lifeform for that matter. He's a bit of a free spirit who does what he wants to get what he wants and at times can be a trickster.
He has an older sister named Ekko and thanks to the work of a curse, he can shapeshift to look exactly like her. He is on a quest to search for her missing soul in order to break the curse and return her body back to normal.
Dekko is fairly tall, and has the look of a badass, but he's also childish. He wears a black helmet with built-in horns that jut out and down towards his back. The armor carries a charm that spurts out a ghostly blue flame along the back of his head like hair. Under the helmet he has short and messy white hair and royal blue eyes. He wears a tank top and a long, ripped, sleeveless cloak with silver strap-like bandages that loosely cover his arms. He also has on charmed gloves.
His sister is very short, and wears big poofy white pants and little purple flats. Similarly, she has silver straps that make up a crop top and she wears a cutesy purple blouse over it. Her hair is slightly longer than her brother's but equally white and messy.
Among the two siblings, Dekko was always the quiet one so he doesn't feel comfortable talking in his own body, but is more confident when hiding behind the mask of his sister – who looks significantly more innocent than he does. He uses her form to get things he wants with puppy-dog eyes, and he uses his own form to fight or reach taller places.
Dekko does not wield a weapon, but he can ghost himself through other weapons that are non-magic based, as well as through other people who do not use barriers or other protective spells. He does not enjoy fighting so he's efficient when he does, usually taking people out by walking through them, grabbing their head on the way out, and slamming them into the ground or a wall with his strengthened gloves.
Character...
His mother and grandfather had tried, tried so very diligently, to shield him from the rumors, from the ugly comments made by those who knew, or believed they knew, the full truth behind his conception and birth; he was ‘the king’s bastard’ cursed with mismatched eyes, which were, people speculated, certainly some indication he had been touched by the hand of something undeniably evil. “They say the queen is quite unstable…maybe she cursed the child when she learned her husband had strayed from their marriage bed.” As he grew older, he understood he wasn’t cursed, there was nothing evil or even remotely supernatural regarding his eyes, but he was indeed the king’s bastard and the queen was more than unstable, she was, viciously, coldly calculating and she gleefully used threats against his life and even the lives of her own children, the siblings he had had never had opportunity to encounter, to keep the king chained to her side, when beside her was exactly where the king didn’t want to be.

Thistle
Thistle Socky is an amazing charecter, who's story isn't quite finished yet.
Abandoned by all her frinds, she locks everyone out. Her lonliness and Thistle's locked up emotions grow cockiness and anger inside of her, at least until she comes to Imagine Accadamy.
At Imagine Accadamy, the school where she is to learn how to use her chanting powers, she meets the best freinds she could ever have- Hero and Lark Song.
Haunted by visions of her eventaully betraying them, Thistle knows she needs to abandon them- or she could do something much worse to them than hurt their feelings.
Showing more courage than any villian or hero before her, she saves the whole world by destroying her own life- and that of Lark's and Hero's (with their permission, of course).
Thistle may be arrogant, awkward, and she may make tons of mistakes, and she may be known as a villain to the rest of the world, but she ends up being a couragous, kind hero, who sacrifices herself for the rest of the world.
Loving Annabelle Moore
"No one could ever love Annabelle Moore"
At least that what her sister, Lanelle, reminds her of daily.
Annie has long since stopped trying to prove her sister wrong.
Annie insults people; tears them down, manipulates them, uses them and then basks in the benefits of her cruelty towards others because it makes her feel powerful.
Annie likes power, but it's always ripped away from her.
She doesn't have any power when her sister hits her and screams at her on the nights that she gets bored.
She doesn't have any power when her mother forgets that she has more than one daughter.
She doesn't have any power when her father looks at her with such unrestrained disgust, it's almost as if he already knew that she was gay.
And it's not like Annie has any power over that either.
Or the fact that she's in love with Catherine Smith whose only impression of Annabelle is that of an unlovable tyrant.
No one could ever love Annabelle Moore, but that doesn't stop Annie from loving in her own little, frankly twisted, ways.
She shuts her mouth and bites her tongue when her sister beats her because she loves Lanelle.
She forgives her mother for forgetting about her existence because she loves her mom.
She makes sure to never be in the same room as her father for his sake because she loves her dad.
And she says the most meanest, vicious things to Catherine in order to hide her affections, because if Lanelle found out that anyone made even a minuscule attempt to show Annabelle any love, she'd crush them like she crushes Annie every single day.
But maybe somewhere...someday... someone will learn to love Annabelle Moore, and hopefully, it'll be herself.
