the pages are empty

and yet

they still taunt me

with invisible words

they beckon me 

to write

they whisper

enticingly 

of the possibilities

yet refuse

to show me

the way

to record these emotions

how can i convey

the feeling

of

being

both empty

and overflowing

at once

i need to know

so that

i do not

cancel myself out

so i 

    allow
