Expose yourself. Go out of your comfort zone. If you can't do it, well then you're no writer. A writer has to be able to dig deep and have some exposing lines within his/her writing. So challenge yourself, isn't that what Prose is all about? That's what it is for me. So do it, and don't be shy about it.
