Little Children (testing my deceased poetry skills)
Oh, little children
What little mysteries you are
You hide your tears with fake smiles
So no one will know, what insecuities lay inside your deep, dark soul
Nobody realizes the troubles you must face
Nobody will notice the cracks you mend with your deeply scarred hands
Dearest little children
Why are you so scared?
Why must you have so many secrets?
Going day by day, your bodies marred
You children are so strong
Please, keep singing your little song
Oh, little child
You are so beautiful
So wild, and free
Your little hearts, so plentiful
You don't know how much you all mean to me
