I could almost call it a painting

Mother natures own painting

Something no picture taken

Can do it justice.

It's almost as though the sky is on fire

But the flames are wildly different shades of red, pink, purple and orange.

The darker clouds around

Have the brightest rim around them

Of blazing fire

Oh the juxtaposition!

The sun doesn't seem as though it wants to say good night

But the world stops

To admire the only painting

You can never find at an art gallery.
