Last night

I thought about you

On the corner of my lonely bed

On my side

Listening to the air conditioning unit

A tear rolled down my cheek

I tasted the sadness within my skin

Wishing you were next to me

To catch my tear

To kiss away the pain

To squeeze love back into me

To see if my heart is still beating

But its impossible

Until i wake up tomorrow

Reality will mimic another day

I'm drifting away slowly

And you're not here
