Unwanted Obsession
It's pointed straight at me
I'm afraid that you'll pull the trigger
End my life right there
Because of what I'd done
To you
I should've known it was a trap
For it was too easy an opportunity
All I'd wanted was to learn more
About you
Because I was intrigued
Now I face you with my hands up
I notice that your eyes reflect
The same way I feel
And look
Fear
I never meant to scare you
Ever
Just wanted to watch
Until I got the courage
To approach
And now the long-awaited
confrontation
Is finally here
But not like I had planned
Not how I had wanted it to end
Now there is no turning back
So I resign myself
To the fact that I've been caught
And captured
However I just want to say now, that
I'm sorry,
For my unwanted obsession
