Hey fellow Prosers! So my birthday is coming up and I am super excited! It's also got me thinking about age and how we all perceive it in different ways. So here's the challenge: write a poem about how we as a society view age or coming of age. Have fun and get writing! :)

Write about the power of being anonymous on social media today in the form of a poem

Trump has just become the next president of the United States of America. In whatever form of prose you would like, let me know how you feel about this. Whether you're happy, angry, or scared, whatever it may be.

Write about feeling empty or numb.

Express the deepest love in 3 words. You can't use "I love you" or the word love <3

Grab the book nearest to you and use the title as a writing prompt! Use the book's title and author's name as the title of your piece.

It's comparison time! Go crazy with similes and metaphors to describe the human body.

Write about your time in the shower in 20 words or less

Cruz has dropped out of the Republican race, leaving Trump and Kasich. Write about your feelings or thoughts on this in a poem, story, or hey, maybe even just a rant.

Describe friendship in 20 words or less :)

Describe in 10 words the feeling of loss.

We all want to provoke emotions when people read our writing. We want them to get so involved with the words, that they start to feel the anger or sadness or happiness that we've written about. So that's your job. Write a piece that provokes so much emotion, it can make someone cry. It could be from your life or not. You can write it as a story or a poem. There are no rules except it has to make me cry. So get writing and have fun! :)
