Her Colors
Her eyes are as black as her soul—
She dyes her hair the midnight blue hues that you only glimpse at midnight on cloudless nights.
She paints her nails the ashy grey of the smoke from her cigarettes.
She has lips that are the dark red that runs through her veins, staining all her wine glasses and the cheeks of lovers past and future.
She has skin like fresh snow, pale and fragile and cold.
But when she writes, she's a rainbow.
Brute
Paid to a man
With a snaggle tooth
And a crazy straw
Slurping
Stuck into suck
Her
Coal flavored soul
Her eyes turned
black as his soul
She
Voided out
Avoiding life
Devoid of soul
Wholeless hole
Senseless acts of violence
Violins
Play for the pretty pity
Lurking in the brutal
Twerking of your
Gyrating vagina
Hoping to vibrate
Off the same shame
You knew
When you were 22
Snake eyed charm
Wrapping serpentine arms
Around her wasted waist
Hastily wanting
Blood so tastily
From bitten tongue
The young come
To idolize the black
Of his eyes
He emptied
Out her Soul
her eyes were black as her soul... "H-Hanna?" i reached out for my ex-friend. she growled in response. "Hanna!" i cried, startled. she was a nasty person but growling had never been her cup of tea.
i guess my loud shriek was enough to push her over the edge; Hanna lashed out; lunged at me with her mouth open wide revealing sleek, sharp black teeth that were never there before. i screamed- what else could i do? something was not right.
i grabbed the edge of the small coffee table we were sitting at and overturned it in one quick movement. the gesture was enough to slow her down the fraction of a second i needed to turn around and start running.
i gasped for air only seconds into my trek. was I hallucinating? nothing had ever been so scary and real in my entire life! good thing Hanna moves at maybe 2 miles per hour... I thought.
i jolted to the right and burst toward the doorway of the empty coffee shop and stopped cold. standing in the entryway was Hanna, a smug look buried behind the black teeth hanging over her jaw. her fangs were dripping some kind of goo that i did NOT want to get my hands on.
"what the hell, Hanna?!" i cried in frustration. i knew that the person in that body was no longer the girl i had met in kindergarten, but i had nothing else to say. what can you say when you are only seconds away from certain death?
The darkness killed her.
She sat there with her mouth full of blood and her best friend in her arms as pale as could be.
She actually did it she had killed her right in front of me and I couldn't do anything about it.
As she looked up at me I new, I was next I would die at the hand of what I thought was my friend, her eyes were as black as her soul. She ran at me and had me on the ground in a blink of an eye. She stared into my soul and then bit, she was sucking the life right out of me, as I watched in horror I started seeing darkness then slowly slipped into a dark warmth, then I new I was dead every thing was gone I would never see her again.
