Addiction.
Since day one, I was brought into this world with a constant reminder of addiction. My real dad left my mom,my brothers, and me before I was even born. Why? Because of a drug addiction.
Him leaving my mom with 3 kids and no help left her extremely depressed and lonely. Can you guess the end result of this negative situation for her? Drug addiction.
My brothers and I grew up with hardly any rules and we ran free and wild as we pleased. Can you guess where that road took all 3 of us?
Drug addiction and alcoholism.
I've known too many people that died too young. Ive seen the poor,the rich,the innocent, and the wicked get stuck in total bondage from their addictions.
Addiction looks ugly on the outside. Can you imagine what it does to someone on the inside?
Yes You do.
You always have a family even if there not blood related,
The people you hang out with and the ones that watch your back are you family.
You do have family and they do care about you you just don't see it yet.
You're never truly alone in the pain of this world you have your family to help you along the way.
Everyone’s Troubles.
This will be very long, so brace yourself.
People always complain that we, as a world, have no peace. There is no world peace, we believe that world peace doesn't exist. Well, I have stopped by to tell you that it does exist and we can change it, we choose not too.
You see, if we continue to not see the world for what it is then we will be living lies. The lies that we will be living will be our lies, and I feel very passionate about this because everyday there is a man living this lie. This lie isn't the lie of one but the lie of mankind. This lie doesn't stop you from being happy but it kills you inside. This lie is, "I'm fine." "I'm fine." The grandest lie of all lies, why? Well because, let's have a look.
"I'm fine" stops:
-you from receiving help
-your day
-your sudden train of thought
-your self esteem from growing
-your trust within
-your inner peace
-your world
So when this lie isn't being lived anymore there is one less person suffering alone. How does this relate to world peace, you ask me. Well, I'll tell you how.
Because in the world there are individuals, people like you, me, and that guy over there. These people are all just small little specks of light rays waiting to be released. If these small specks of light rays reach out and be ready, willing to change then their lights will beam. If their lights beam our horizons as a world broadens.
The more I write about this the more my love grows.
When our world broadens then we, as a world, can unite to have world peace. World peace cannot happen if everyone on the planet is not shining. And do you know how to shine?
You shine when you've reached that certain point of no return within your soul. It's like, you're close to going home, but you're not going home yet. You've shined when you've reached out and have done some good to you and others around you.
So when people say, "world peace is full of shit." Their full of shit. Those are the people who don't know what being happy and knowing that it can be attained mean. They also don't understand that within this world we are the ones who makes it peaceful, but it starts with us, making our own personal worlds peaceful, stopping our own personal commodities and enjoying self satisfaction.
So please, if you are alone tonight, today, or whenever you have read this please take into consideration that your world can shine because you are the speck of light that matters to this entire universe. And the next time someone asks you "What's wrong?" Do not lie, be honest because your honesty makes a difference.
