IS the Pen Mightier Than the Sword?
And so it was that Sir Santavious came to fight Sir Nicholi that eve in the hall of the library, of all places.
"Sir Nicholi, I'm going to slice you like a piece of brie," he said with his rapier wit, as he flexed his sword.
"Those who can, do. Those who cannot do, talk about it...En garde!" Sir Nicholi advanced on Sir Santavious and thrust towards his side, but Santavious deflected and retreated.
Nicholi tried another thrust, which Santavous avoided before circling around and executing a lunge. The tip of his sword skated along Nicholi's left arm, drawing a ribbon of blood.
Grinning, Santavious gripped the pommel of his sword and advanced closer, but Nicholi faded to avoid further bloodshed.
Santavious advanced. Nicholi faded again. Santavious advanced further. Nicholi was ready and took up a defensive stance.
The swords clashed. They clashed again. They clashed yet again. Up, down, up down. The swordsmen danced around each other, but neither could get in a good slice. Then, Sir Santavious suddenly moved diagonally, cutting Sir Nicholi on his-
"No, no no! This' all wrong!" Tee Hi growled, looking at the words she had written. "No one's going to believe this scene or be interested in it."
She crossed out all of the action, thereby deleting the fight in its entirety and thus proving that the pen is indeed mightier than the sword.
