[Backstory:] His parents taught him to run from those from Voltoron. He stayed as a runner for a long time until he met Starbird of Voltoron. There was no way she would kill or use him for something evil. They became partners from then on.
Starbird of Voltoron got jealous of Nightberry over some gifts that they got. She kept it a secret. The longer she let it stay, the more she couldn't control it. She lost control and made herself into Destroyer. Nightberry tried to talk to her and she dismissed it.
As for Fully Killer of Murdora, he saw the ships form Voltoron and started running through the woods but got caught. He ended up on the ship in a container and they headed back to Voltoron. They got there, and he started pounding the glass until it broke. As the shards fell, he ran until the guards could no longer follow him. He stopped by a big Voltage tree as he heard someone crying. He looked and saw it was Starbird of Voltoron as Destroyer. They introduced each other and ended up as Alliances.
The Face of Evil
Khan's view of life, emotions, and distinction between right and wrong are warped (if non-existent.) Although some of this is due to his own personal choices, some of it is a result of his background. When they say that power corrupts, they aren't wrong. But power isn't the only thing that corrupts; sometimes it's the basic human need of wanting to feel loved.
History
A genetically modified telepath—now an ultrapath—he was taken from an orphanage at an early age (along with other promising candidates who later became the Rend) and raised in a military facility. Treated as something to study and experiment with, Khan was never taught what was right or wrong or showed any love whatsoever.
As a young child, he knew his powers made him special. So he thought that the more powers he had, the more likely it was that someone would care about him. This was the beginning reason for wanting more powers that eventually morphed into something more when he became older.
Because of his isolation in his early years, when he was placed with the other candidates, he didn’t know how to act. Without knowing what—or how—friendship worked, the only way he knew of to keep the others around him and liking him was to manipulate them. So he soon became a masterful manipulator and liar, able to keep anyone and everyone under his control.
As he became older and had his taste of power and leadership, he wanted more. The subconscious desire for being loved was replaced with a much darker need, one for total control. So he hid the extent of his abilities and planned his escape.
When he escaped, killing many people, he set up his empire in a far sector of the galaxy.
Appearance
Three scars on Khan's right temple and a one-half-inch scar along his hairline are evidence of his multiple surgeries. Darker skin and shaggy black hair are a startling contrast to his emotionless, iridescent, dragon-green eyes.
When he wants to be extra intimidating or when he's in battle, he morphs two to four gigantic black bat wings. Each wing has razor-blade-like edges and occasionally, sharp spines.
Personality
Khan is a psychopath. He holds grudges and gets angry very, very quickly, but manages to hide his anger. He enjoys manipulating people and feels the constant need for more power. Although confident in his abilities, he does tend to be a little paranoid.
Motivation, etc.
Core strength: Khan’s driving motivation is more power
Core virtue: The virtue he admires most in himself and in others is a strong survival instinct
Core role: He’s got to be on top and in control. If he’s not, he’ll not stop until he is, no matter what it takes.
Core flaw: Deep-rooted hate and bitterness that occasionally takes control and causes him to act rashly.
Core emotions: Hates anyone who stands in his ways; enjoys being in control and manipulating people.
Core boundaries: None
Core outlook and fixed beliefs: Life is a game of either use people or be used; the end justifies the mean and you have to do what you have to do to survive.
Abilities
Khan is ultrapathic--in other words, he has telepathic abilities that surpass that of even the strongest anomalies. His power is unfathomable.
Because his subconscious is so developed, he's also a Forerunner. That is, his subconscious picks up things and pieces them together, resulting in a vision of the future. This has given him an even greater edge in his battles.
Ever since he was little, he's been trained in all forms of combat, using almost every weapon. (Even scientists can be unbelievably stupid. Haven't they watched any movies?! Read any sci-fi?! It's like, no duh!)
