Write a tale in exactly 100 words. For this challenge, I'll use a thematic prompt, and the winner has to tie in to it somehow. THE PROMPT: write a drabble that somehow, someway connects to Pride Month or coming out. Get creative, just stick to 100 words of prose. I'll post the winner sometime in July.

Can you make us thirsty for an entire novel by writing your BEST first line? Write the BEST first line to the next story that you never knew you wanted to tell. Sell us on your big idea in forty (40) words or less, no more. Draw us in by saying everything to overwhelm our minds with excitement or say just enough to lure us in and have us lusting for the next four-hundred pages. Any Genre is allowed. As some of you know, I published a book back in April and now I'm considering a part 2, where I do more short stories and publish them. What do you guys think? Are there any stories from the first that you would love to see a "sequel" to? Are there any ideas you would like to see me write and turn into a story? All ideas used will be acknowledged and the person who gave them to me will be given credit.

I have a discord server where I do bi-weekly writing challenges, and I thought it might be fun to share them here if you want something fun to do! Write a short story about an ancient society where your character hears a voice within their own mind. Shunned by their village, they spend their life as a near-slave, waiting on others, doing the hardest work, and granted little freedom. Well, they did, anyway, until they uncovered who the voice belonged to.

Make use of two very different characters either through personality, physical traits, or both in a short story taking place in a coffee shop. Make it exciting! Make it fictional! They can be any level from PG-R. I don't really care. I'm going to make another challenge like this in a week or two (depending on how many stories are posted) where you will need to use the same characters in another setting! Tag me please!!! I won't remember to check if I don't get a notification from being tagged. The picture in my post will be of the coffee shop I pictured, but you don't have to go off of that.
